ABOUT

Sexual intimacy is about more than physical closeness. At its heart, it’s about feeling understood, valued, and deeply connected to your spouse.
 
If you’ve been married for 10 years or less, this workshop is designed with you in mind. We know that conversations about sexual intimacy can sometimes feel awkward, even though they’re an important part of building a healthy and connected marriage.

Regular Rate: $148 per couple

Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows upon confirmation of registration. Request for transfer of registration to another workshop/date must be communicated via email at least 5 working days before workshop start date.

Gary & Joanna Koh

Gary and Joanna present a dynamic approach in talking about love and life. Gary’s sense of humour vs. Joanna’s straight-talking approach are so different, yet both have the same passion of helping families and relationships thrive. Gary is a family counsellor and Joanna has served as CEO of local charity, Focus on the Family Singapore, for 21 years.

Who should attend this workshop?

Our curriculum is based on universal values that are applicable and essential to helping marriages thrive, regardless of participants’ religious background.

This workshop is ideal for couples who have been married for less than five years.

Yes, couples with children are welcome. Kindly make arrangements for your children during the workshop sessions. If you require childminding support for the in-person session, please email Chelsea.Cheng@family.org.sg for assistance.

To ensure positive workshop dynamics, especially during the group discussions and activities, each workshop will have a minimum of 6 couples, and a maximum of 11 couples.

We encourage you to find a time when you can both attend to get the most out of the experience. This workshop is designed to be most effective when both spouses attend together.

We encourage you and your spouse to make all necessary arrangements to ensure time is set aside for the workshop. There will be no refunds* for cancellations or no-shows.

Nelson and Gina Lee have been accredited facilitators with Focus on the Family Singapore for over a decade, beginning their involvement conducting relationship talks for tertiary students since 2011.

Driven by a passion for nurturing strong relationships, they have extensive experience in facilitating dating workshops for courting couples and pre-marital programmes for those considering marriage. They have also have led marriage retreats designed to deepen connection and commitment among married couples.
