Eliza Tan is a Counselling Associate with a heart for journeying with individuals navigating major life transitions, anxiety, identity challenges, and family relationships. She draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients build workable, practical steps towards growth and healing.
Eliza is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling and has a Diploma in School Counselling from the National Institute of Education. She has three years of full-time experience as a counsellor working with students and their families, alongside a decade of volunteering experience at a children's home.
Her studies in the Master of Arts in Counselling programme has equipped her to better understand family systems and deepened her clinical skills in working with individuals facing complex issues such as grief, loss, and addiction.
She believes that there is transformational power in feeling seen, heard, and understood, and seeks to build a safe and genuine space where clients feel empowered to make changes that are in line with their values, strengths, and contexts.
She enjoys working with diverse populations and has a special heart for individuals navigating life transitions and the unique challenges that children, adolescents, and young adults face during this formative life stage.

Nelson and Gina Lee have been accredited facilitators with Focus on the Family Singapore for over a decade, beginning their involvement conducting relationship talks for tertiary students since 2011.
Driven by a passion for nurturing strong relationships, they have extensive experience in facilitating dating workshops for courting couples and pre-marital programmes for those considering marriage. They have also have led marriage retreats designed to deepen connection and commitment among married couples.
