Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join Impact Group. The successful candidate will deliver compelling content marketing initiatives and communications plans, copy write, edit while leveraging programming skills to keep our content suite relevant.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and manage content marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams to increase reach and constituent engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as design and editorial team, to copy write, edit and proofread content in alignment with brand and message.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and communication plans to promote Focus’ programmes and services.
- Adapt and/or update Marriage/ Parenting/ Youth content decks, with current and/ or relevant content (i.e. update with latest statistics and trends).
- Equip and brief volunteer trainers, speakers, facilitators on programme delivery and content updates.
- Undertake any other projects or activities as directed by Chief, Impact and/or CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Social Science or related fields
- At least 3 years of related work experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with local family life issues and trends
- Strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
- Flexible and resourceful team player, with a desire for continual learning
- Strong organisational, project planning and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
