Job Description:
The Corporate Communications Intern will develop skills in content creation, social media management, and branding. The intern will gain hands-on experience in copywriting, assisting in planning for campaigns, and supporting internal and external communications for a non-profit organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Support Corp Comms team in producing content for social media channels (Ideation, copywriting and design)
- Support in organisation projects and events (e.g. basic administration and coordination)
- Learn how to monitor social media accounts, including content scheduling and audience engagement
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials and branding strategies
- Assist in internal communications, such as crafting announcements and updates for all staff
- Undertake any projects and activities as directed by Lead, Comms
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing at least a diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies or a related fieldÂ
- Basic use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic use of design software (Canva, Photoshop)
- Basic copywriting
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Passionate about non-profit work and contributing to meaningful communication efforts
