Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join the Programmes-X team. The successful candidate will need to have a pulse on the ground and excellent communication skills to keep our programmes and content offerings fresh and relevant.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop or adapt marriage, parenting, youth programmes and event offerings, keeping content current and relevant (i.e. updated with latest statistics and trends).
  • Develop engagement tools, ancillary content and activities to facilitate programme engagement and learning.
  • Arrange and facilitate the briefing of trainers, speakers or facilitators on programme objectives and content.
  • Be part of event taskforces to conceptualise and run events, where applicable and necessary.
  • Undertake any other projects or activities as directed by Chief, Impact and/or CEO.
Requirements:
  •  Minimally Diploma in Social Science, Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in a similar role
  •  Familiarity with local family life issues and trends
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join Impact Group. The successful candidate will deliver compelling content marketing initiatives and communications plans, copy write, edit while leveraging programming skills to keep our content suite relevant.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualise and manage content marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams to increase reach and constituent engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as design and editorial team, to copy write, edit and proofread content in alignment with brand and message.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and communication plans to promote Focus’ programmes and services.
  • Adapt and/or update Marriage/ Parenting/ Youth content decks, with current and/ or relevant content (i.e. update with latest statistics and trends).
  • Equip and brief volunteer trainers, speakers, facilitators on programme delivery and content updates.

Lead, Counselling & Coaching

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our Counselling and Coaching team. The successful candidate will lead the team to grow Focus on the Family Singapore’s suite of family counselling and coaching services, specifically tailored to build lasting marriage and family relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the reach and impact of an integrated approach towards therapeutic services for family.
  • Lead and develop the implementation of the Focus Marital Model through training courses and therapeutic services.
  • Provide direct service to clients, including assessments, individual and family therapy, and crisis intervention, with a focus on marriage and family issues.
  • Conduct supervision and training to build capability of associate practitioners.
  • Ensure all services are efficacious and adhere to ethical and professional standards specific to marriage and family therapy and/or coaching services, through regular evaluation of services via client feedback and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide support for families, including referrals to additional resources as needed.
  • Provide thought leadership as a spokesperson of Focus on the Family Singapore through public platforms to advocate for the wellbeing of marriage and families.
  • Stay abreast of trends, research, and best practices in marriage and family therapy.
Requirements:
  • A Registered Counsellor and/or Registered Clinical Supervisor
  • At least a Masters in Counselling or Psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role leading team
  • Familiarity with international and local family life issues and trends
  • Strong organisational, project planning and administrative skills
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
  • Flexible and resourceful team player, with a desire for continual learning
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Gain familiarity with Focus’ core programmes and services to provide partners with Family Life consultancy across market segments.
  • Identity potential partners and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Nurture and promote sustained collaborations with community organisations, businesses, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to grow Focus’ outreach and impact.
  • Use data to monitor and analyse the effectiveness of outreach and partnership initiatives, making recommendations for growth and development.
  • Undertake any other projects or activities as directed by the Lead, Outreach & Partnerships, Chief, Growth, or CEO.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partnership or business development, outreach, or a similar role.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
