Job Description:

The candidate will optimise innovation in digital engagement to shape and drive our online presence. The candidate will craft compelling narratives and seamless digital experiences that captivate our constituents and enhance engagement. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a cohesive and consistent brand voice across all communication channels in copywriting.
  • Stay abreast with consumer trends of constituents and optimise analytics tools to derive insights that enhance constituent engagement journey.
  • Develop and implement data-driven content strategy to improve website performance metrics.
  • Lead discussions in cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, constituent engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Transformation team to periodically review information architecture, recommend and implement changes for optimal user experience.
  • Undertake any other projects and activities as directed by Lead, Communications and Chief, Impact.
Requirements:
  • Minimally a Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimally 3 years of proven experience in a Communications, Digital Strategist/ Marketing role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a creative edge and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital strategy, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Highly collaborative and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-initiated, adaptable, creative and an energetic team player.

Experience & Engagement (Contract Role)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate passionate about volunteer engagement and talent management to join our Experience team. The successful candidate will build a community of family champions and optimise resources to deliver programmes and events that meet the goals of the Focus Experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Volunteer Engagement strategy to build volunteer capacity and foster a community of family champions.
  • Manage communication with both internal and external shareholders to effectively promote the importance of collaborating with volunteers.
  • Provide implementation and administration support efficiently for volunteer-related events, including but not limited to Volunteer Open House, Mentor Information Sessions, Mentor Experience, Community Experience and Volunteer Appreciation events.
  • Support the planning and running of Focus Singapore events and programmes to achieve the goals of the Focus Experience.
  • Support the ongoing recruitment, mobilisation and appreciation of talents as part of the Talent Management strategy, including coordinating, briefing and deploying volunteers for Focus programmes, events and initiatives.
  • Undertake any other projects and activities as directed by COO or Lead, Experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimally a Diploma in Volunteer Management, Event Management, Communications, Non-Profit Management or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for the mission of the charity and volunteer engagement are encouraged to apply.
  • Have a strong command of the English language with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage projects effectively within deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and build relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Self-initiated, adaptable, creative and an energetic team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
