We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our Counselling and Coaching team. As the primary contact for clients, your role is critical in ensuring that every client feels safe and supported, while fostering rapport with practitioners to uphold the highest standards of care. You will support the team in delivering trusted client-centred therapeutic services and programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Client Experience: Provide timely, efficient and meticulous client care from end to end. Maintain counselling rooms, equipment and a welcoming environment.
- Programme & Project Development: Provide administrative and research support for service development, programme planning and outreach or marketing initiatives.
- Resource Management: Optimise department budget, resources and operational efficiency through the adoption of productivity solutions, while ensuring compliance with governance and data protection requirements.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate client, service and programme records; support the preparation of monthly reports and programme impact measurement while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Team & Internship Coordination: Support counsellors, associates and interns through scheduling, supervision and training coordination; liaise with educational institutions on internship documentation and clinical hours tracking.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across teams and undertake additional duties or improvement initiatives as assigned by Lead, Counselling & Coaching.
Requirements:
- Minimally Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Counselling or other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, programme/project coordination and client services, in education, healthcare, mental health, social services or a related field
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholder management independently
- Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate projects and events from end to end, including logistics, communications, documentation and follow-up
- Strong command of the English language with written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability for rapport-building with professionalism
- Detail-oriented with experience in data entry, reporting, spreadsheet tracking, form-building, survey administration, preparation of dashboard and basic data analysis
- Experience with digital systems and productivity tools for innovation and continuous improvement e.g. Microsoft Office applications, CRM, collaboration platforms

Requirements:
- Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a technology-related field
- Minimally 6 years of relevant experience in a technology, systems, or digital role, with demonstrated ability to synergise organisation growth with technical implementation
- Strong experience in working with data structures, data flows and data quality, including integrating or moving data between systems
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, scripting, light development or building automations and integrations.
- Able to work effectively in resource‑constrained environments, prioritising and adapting technical solutions to balance resource management, usability, and long‑term sustainability
- Highly collaborative and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Research & Programme Strategist to join the Programmes‑X team. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the research grounding, impact measurement, and strategic relevance of Focus on the Family Singapore’s programmes and content. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data, and be able to translate research insights into actionable recommendations for programmes and content.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct impact measurement for Focus’ core programmes, including evaluation frameworks, data collection, and analysis of findings to assess impact.
- Identify, review, and synthesise academic and applied research on family, marriage, parenting, youth, and social issues, producing insights and findings that inform organisational strategy.
- Conduct rigorous research to curate journal articles and case studies that contribute towards content development.
- Analyse research data, social trends, and public sentiment, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support the development and refinement of marriage, parenting, and youth programmes, ensuring these are grounded in research and responsive to emerging needs.
- Design and conduct qualitative research such as focus groups and interviews to surface constituent perspectives.
- Support Focus key events and undertake other projects as directed by the CEO, Chief, Impact and Lead, Programmes-X.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences, Research, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in research, programme evaluation, or applied social research
- Familiarity with local family life issues and trends
- Strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to meet deadline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
