Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and relational candidate to join our Outreach & Partnership team. This role begins with coordinating family life programmes and supporting outreach initiatives, while progressively developing into a partnership-focused position. The successful candidate will nurture relationships, ensure programme excellence, and contribute to collaborative initiatives aligned with our organisation’s mission.

Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in Focus’ core programmes and translate this into tailored consultancy for partners across market segments.
• Provide administrative, logistics, and coordination support to ensure smooth delivery of family life programmes.
• Identify potential partners and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner needs with programme quality, trainer deployment, and participant satisfaction.
• Track and analyse programme outcomes, compiling timely evaluation reports to inform decision-making.
• Maintain accurate partner records and engagement history in the organisation’s CRM system.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by the Lead of Outreach & Partnerships, Chief of Growth, or CEO.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, outreach, programme coordination, or community engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships.
• Organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
