Job Description:
The candidate will amplify Focus on the Family Singapore’s voice and thought leadership on family using omnichannel content strategies and creative storytelling to expand our reach and generate engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies that enhance brand identity (e.g, press releases, corporate collaterals).
- Plan and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to promote Focus events, campaigns and services, on online and offline platforms.
- Conceptualise and copywrite compelling narratives and content for constituent engagement across digital media channels (e.g, social media, website, e-newsletters, long and short form videos, podcasts, motion graphics, infographics, etc).
- Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to optimise strategies for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage marketing and communication projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to produce materials and content deliverables.
- Stay abreast through research and social listening to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor messaging.
- Establish relationships with media partners and pursue opportunities for media coverage (digital and traditional media) to increase brand visibility.
- Undertake any other projects and activities as directed by Lead of Corporate Communications, Chief, Impact and/or CEO.
Requirements:
- Degree holder (Media, Communications, Marketing) with minimally 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in graphic design, photography, and video editing/production is an advantage.
- User knowledge of Social Media platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, including copywriting and presentation skills.
- Creative, confident, enthusiastic, and proactive team player with digital marketing flair.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Keen interest in media trends and developments.
