Benefits

"The videos and guiding questions were all very helpful in getting the conversation going with my children.

The video series has enabled me to know what is going on in their lives regarding sexuality and to guide them in the right direction. They especially like to hear my own personal experience on puberty and crushes and what I have been through.

"It is interesting and intriguing because it helps us understand more about sex. I enjoy watching the videos with my Mummy and talking about it."

Frequently asked questions

Have questions? We’re here to help.

The videos are free for a limited time. So do make use of this opportunity to learn together with like-minded parents or in a parent community.

We have two tracks - equipping videos and conversational videos. The equipping videos are for parents to watch, while the conversational videos are for parent-and-child to co-view. The conversational videos are also designed for two age categories: Primary school (7-9yo) and Tween (10-12yo).

We recommend you watch the videos yourself first to determine if they are appropriate for your child. This will also enable you to get comfortable with the content of this video course.

We recommend you watch the videos with your older child first. Having one-to-one time and attention can be helpful as you embark on this journey with your child.

Think about the place or time of day that you are watching the videos. If your child does not seem ready or keen to watch the video, you may wish to try to soften your approach or try again another day.
